# 案内文

## 研究テーマ｢イノベーションに貢献するメンタリングの役割とプロセスの研究｣

イノベーションやチームのパフォーマンスを促進する「メンター」の存在が必要とされており、その効果も感覚的に把握されていると思います。ですが、「メンタリング」の具体的な特性や関与プロセスについては明らかにされていません。本研究では、それらを明らかにすることを目指しています。このため、メンタリングの経験があり、研究対象者となって研究（インタビューまたはアンケート）に参加していただける方を募集します。

### 研究対象者 

1. ものづくりやソフトウェア開発の現場においてメンターやコーチとして従事されている方々。 
2. 本学にて開講される講義（ESD.B402 エンジニアリングデザインプロジェクト， ESD.A502 エンジニアリングデザインプロジェクトB, ESD.A502 エンジニアリングデザインプロジェクトC）にパートナー企業の立場で講義に参加している方々。 

### 研究場所 

オンライン（インタビューはZoom、アンケートはGoogle Formを想定しています）

### 研究期間 

2021年2月1日〜2025年3月31日 

### 研究に参加していただく日時 

* インタビュー：ご都合にあわせて調整します。時間は1時間程度を予定しています。
* アンケート：ご都合にあわせて調整します。回答にかかる時間は10分程度を予定しています。 いずれも上記の授業時間を除きます。 

### 研究参加の謝礼など 

ありません。 

### 個人情報の取り扱いについて 

収集したデータは研究責任者および担当者だけがアクセスできるように認証による制限をかけて保存します。

適宜対応します。
